We have the unique opportunity to open parts of our establishment in phases, as a result of that our food menu is an ever changing and growing entity and will be updated as Our chef team is hard at work, creating dishes that will delight all your senses, taking inspiration from those traditional Irish pub meals but rebuilding them in new ways.
Our ingredients are coming in fresh and many are sourced from other local small businesses as we focus on building the community around us and creating new friendships with our vendors.
On our menu you'll find our unique interpretations of those dishes many have come to love over the eons that pubs have been around. Shepard's pie, scotch eggs with white pudding, sausage rolls, home made soda bread, bangers and mash... the classics are here, just with a little twist.
